Our Story
In 2019, while pursuing a degree in computer science and technology, Saurabh Mahindrakar found himself at a crossroads. A friend’s suggestion to start a business sparked an eagerness within him to explore entrepreneurship. This curiosity led him to the field of digital marketing, following a compelling introduction from a mentor.
However, Saurabh’s initial excitement was met with disappointment when he fell victim to a multi-level marketing scam. Instead of deterring him, this setback fueled his determination. He sought genuine knowledge through reputable courses and online platforms, including YouTube. As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded, Saurabh navigated through various business ventures, experiencing failure in around 18 startups over a span of three years.
As graduation approached, Saurabh faced mounting pressure to secure a conventional job. Despite skepticism from family, friends, and peers, his passion for entrepreneurship remained unwavering. In August 2022, after graduating, he explored diverse professions—from the stock market to astrology—yet found limited success.
By the New Year, with mounting concerns from his family about his direction in life, Saurabh was determined to prove himself. He successfully secured a client for a website project, which later expanded into offering SEO services. This accomplishment ignited his confidence and led him to embrace freelancing, despite numerous rejections and setbacks.
In May 2023, Saurabh took a job in Hyderabad but faced an unforeseen termination due to illness. His resilience shone through as he quickly secured a new role as a Digital Marketing Executive in August. Despite financial challenges and dissatisfaction with the work environment, he chose to resign and fully commit to his dream of entrepreneurship.
With a modest savings of 21,000 Indian Rupees, Saurabh reestablished and rebranded his startup as Mahindrakar Marketing Agency in January 2024. Driven by a vision of creating opportunities for others, he drew upon five years of challenges and learning experiences to build a company grounded in perseverance and passion.
Today, Mahindrakar Marketing Agency stands as a testament to Saurabh’s unwavering dedication and the belief that overcoming challenges paves the way for success.
